	abstract="{Użycie lotnictwa Sił Powietrznych w sytuacjach kryzysowych jest tematem rozważań
oraz dyskusji wielu ekspertów. Problem ten jest o tyle interesujący, iż obecnie na świecie
ma miejsce coraz więcej klęsk żywiołowych i katastrof technicznych. Coraz trudniej jest je
przewidzieć. Zatem niezbędne jest posiadanie odpowiednich środków i sił, które są w stanie
w najkrótszym czasie zareagować i nieść pomoc ofiarom.
W artykule autor przedstawia wyniki badań, które koncentrują się na próbie syn
tetycznego przedstawienia roli lotnictwa Sił Powietrznych w sytuacjach kryzysowych.
Po zdefiniowaniu sytuacji kryzysowej, autor dokonał opisu głównych właściwości lotnictwa,
które stanowią o jego szczególnej roli w szybkim niesieniu pomocy w sytuacji zagrożenia
bezpieczeństwa życia i zdrowia ludzi. Następnie w pierwszej części przedstawił działania
lotnictwa w sytuacjach kryzysowych od momentu powstania idei użycia lotnictwa w sytuacjach kryzysowych do czasów współczesnych. W drugiej części autor skupił się na opisaniu
działań lotnictwa Sił Powietrznych Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej w sytuacjach kryzysowych
od 1936 roku do współczesności.; The use of Air Force aviation in crisis situations is the subject of considerations and
discussions by many experts. This problem is interesting because today there are more and
more natural and technical disasters in the world. It is getting harder and harder to predict
them. Therefore, it is necessary to have the forces and resources that are able to react and
help the victims in the shortest possible time.
In the article, the author presents the results of research that focuses on an attempt to
synthetically present the role of the Air Force in crisis situations. After defining the crisis
situation, the author described the main characteristics of aviation, which constitute its
special role in providing quick help in the event of a threat to the safety of human life and
health. Then, in the first part, he presented the activities of aviation in crisis situations from
the moment of the emergence of the idea of ​using aviation in crisis situations to modern
times. In the second part, the author focused on describing the activities of the Polish Air
Force in crisis situations from 1936 to the present day.}",
