	abstract="{The following paper discusses the issue of detecting the use of deepfake technology in evidentiary proceedings in Polish law, specifically under the Polish Code of Criminal Procedure. In this section, we will define deepfake and explore the possibilities
and consequences of using this technology in criminal proceedings. We will also examine the relevant provisions of the Polish Code of Criminal Procedure that can be utilized to detect the use of deepfake technology for fabricating evidence. In conclusion, we find
that the current provisions of the CCP offer significant possibilities for detecting the use of deepfake technology in evidentiary proceedings, but amendments to the provisions regulating the issue of examination are necessary.}",
