Abstract
PL Celem niniejszego opracowania jest próba przedstawienia współdziałania Policji i Sił Zbrojnych R.P w przypadku wystąpienia zagrożeń wymagających wsparcia dla jednostek policyjnych. Zagrożenia ekologiczne, zakłócenia porządku publicznego na dużą skalę czy też inne zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa publicznego pojawiają się coraz częściej w zglobali zowanym świecie. Przeciwdziałanie tym zagrożeniom i ich zwalczanie jest obowiązkiem wszystkich powołanych do tego organów państwowych. Istotne jest, aby wszelkie działania podejmowane przez szeroko rozumiane służby mundurowe podejmowane były zgodnie z przepisami prawa regulującymi ich funkcjonowanie. Metoda analizy dostępnych źródeł oraz doświadczenia autora stanowią podstawę metodologiczną niniejszego artykułu.
EN The aim of this study is an attempt to present the cooperation of the Police and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland in the event of threats requiring support for police units. Environmental threats, large-scale public order disturbances or other threats to public safety appear more and more frequently in a globalized world. Counteracting and combating these threats is the duty of all state bodies established for this purpose. It is important that all activities undertaken by the broadly understood uniformed services are undertaken in accordance with the legal provisions regulating their functioning. The methodological basis for this article is the method of analyzing the available sources and the author’s experience.
