Abstract
PL Niniejszy artykuł jest próbą odpowiedzi na pytanie dotyczące przepisów prawa w zakresie egzekucji administracyjnej dotyczących bezpieczeństwa zobowiązanego w przed miocie ponoszenia kosztów za postępowanie egzekucyjne w administracji. Analizie poddano znowelizowane przepisy ustawy z dnia 17 czerwca 1996 r. o postępowaniu egzekucyjnym w administracji, w szczególności w zakresie obciążania zobowiązanego kosztami postę powania egzekucyjnego w administracji oraz przypadków, kiedy omawiane koszty będą obciążały wierzyciela. Oceny regulacji prawnych dokonano w oparciu o orzecznictwo sądów administracyjnych.
EN This article is an attempt to answer the question concerning the provisions of the law in the field of administrative enforcement concerning the security of the obligee with regard to bearing costs for administrative enforcement proceedings. The amended provisions of the Act of 17 June 199 on enforcement proceedings were analyzed in administration, in particular in the scope of charging the obligee with the costs of enforcement proce edings in administration and cases when the discussed costs will be borne by the creditor. The assessment of legal regulations was based on the jurisprudence of administrative courts.
