Abstract
PL Świat wokół nas zmienia się szybciej niż kiedykolwiek. Podwyższona jakość życia dzięki cyfryzacji usług oraz automatyzacji i robotyzacji odciąża ludzi od codziennych zadań. Rozwój cyfryzacji usług w sektorze bankowym, edukacyjnym, rozrywkowym i pocztowym jest już faktem. W artykule przedstawiono przykłady postępu cyfryzacji usług i jego perspektywy na trzecią dekadę XXI wieku. Celem rozważań była prezentacja efektów wdrożonych rozwiązań cyfrowych w przedsiębiorstwach z różnych sektorów gospodarki, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem roliNarodowego Operatora Cyfrowego.
EN The world around us is changing faster than ever. The increased quality of life thanks to the digitization of services, as well as automation and robotization, relieves people from their daily tasks. The development of digitization of services in banking, education, entertainment and the postal sector is already a fact. The article presents some examples of the progress of digitization of services and its prospects for the third decade of the 21st century. The purpose of the considerations was to present the effects of the implemented digital solutions in enterprises from various sectors of the economy, with particular emphasis on the role of the National Digital Operator.
