Abstract
PL Niniejszy artykuł ma na celu przedstawienie zagadnień związanych z kompleksowym zapewnieniem bezpieczeństwa państwa oraz udziałem w tym przedsięwzięciu Obrony Cywilnej Kraju. Jest on próbą zobrazowania skali występującego zjawiska i problemów z niego wynikających. Wskazaniem czynników mogących mieć wpływ na kształtowanie takich, a nie innych rozwiązań na tle pandemii koronawirusa. Pandemia koronowirusa jest poważnym zagrożeniem dla systemów państwa. To realne zagrożenie biologiczne jest poważnym wyzwaniem dla służb odpowiedzialnych za bezpieczeństwo w obecnej rzeczywistości. Autorzy starają się odpowiedzieć na pytanie, czy pandemia stanowi poważne zagrożenie dla polskiego systemu obrony i ochrony ludności? W artykule omówiono również motywatory problemu, jego wpływ na obiektywny i subiektywny wymiar bezpieczeństwa. Niniejszy artykuł stanowi również próbą wskazania rozwiązań mogących przyczynić się do zabezpieczenia społeczeństwa przed możliwymi niebezpieczeństwami.
EN This article aims to introduce you to related issues with comprehensive state security and participation in this project of the National Civil Defense. It is an attempt to illustrate the scale of the occurring phenomenon and the problems arising from it. Indication of factors that may affect the shaping of such and not other solutions against the background of the coronavirus pandemic. The coronovirus pandemic is a serious threat to the state’s systems. This real biological threat poses a serious challenge to security services in today’s reality. The authors try to answer the question whether the pandemic poses a serious threat to the Polish defense and civil protection system? The article also discusses the motivators of the problem and its impact on the objective and subjective dimension of security. This article is also an attempt to indicate solutions that may contribute to securing the society against possible dangers.
