Abstract

EN The challenges of the modern world have caused numerous burdens on the psychosomatic well-being of individuals. Police data for the year 2021 regarding suicide cases show an increase in suicidal behaviors among young people. In light of this data, it is essential to emphasize stress prevention and the development of coping skills for children and youth in this area. One of such methods is the TRE® Method (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises), which focuses on exercises that reduce tension and trauma. TRE® was designed as a self-help tool, continuously supporting and promoting personal health. the sequence of exercises leading to the production of involuntary movements and tremors serves to restore balance in the human nervous system, freeing the body and brain from old patterns and defense strategies used in stressful and traumatic situations.
