Abstract
PL W artykule dokonano analizy wybranych znamion czynu zabronionego stypizowanego w art. 202 § 1 Kodeksu karnego. Analiza ta służyć miała ocenie, czy przytoczony przepis jest skonstruowany w taki sposób, aby móc właściwie chronić dobra takie jak wolność seksualna, obyczajność czy moralność. Regulacja będąca przedmiotem niniejszego opracowania wydaje się być regulacją potrzebną, jednak wymagającą zmian.
EN The paper presents an analysis of selected elements of the criminal act stipulated in Article 202 § 1 of the Criminal Code. The analysis was designed to assess whether the cited provision is structured in such a way that it adequately protects such rights as sexual freedom, decency or morality. The regulation being the subject matter of this paper appears to be necessary, but it requires certain amendments
