Abstract

EN The aim of the article is an attempt to formulate good practices of employers to counteract the phenomena of discrimination and unequal treatment. This article addresses the following issues: – transparency in granting social benefits to employees, – equal remuneration for new employees and those who have seniority with a given employer. They have been present on the labour market for a long time and are a potential source of discrimination and unequal treatment of employees. The benefits of using good practices can be mutual, e.g. in the form of better performance of the entire team in the organization or a more friendly work environment.
