EN The social adaptation of youth within an intercultural educational environment represents one of the key challenges of contemporary pedagogical practice. The growth of academic mobility, the internationalisation of education, and the expansion of digital communication underscore the need for innovative approaches to pedagogical support that focus not only on overcoming adaptation difficulties but also on developing readiness for intercultural dialogue, tolerance, and partnership. The purpose of this studyis to theoretically substantiate and develop a model of pedagogical support for the social adaptation of youth in an intercultural educational environment, based on the integration of humanistic, cultural values, and digital approaches. Methods. The research employs theoretical methods of analysis, synthesis, systematisation, comparison, and pedagogical modelling. An interdisciplinary approach combining pedagogy, psychology, and cultural studies is employed to identify mechanisms of support for students’ adaptation. Results. The article substantiates the essence of pedagogical support as a systemic factor in shaping youth readiness for effective interaction in a multicultural environment. An original 3C-Model is proposed, which includes three interconnected components: Cognition –awareness of cultural diversity and critical reflection on one's own identity; Communication –development of empathy, emotional intelligence, and intercultural dialogue; Co-creation –formation of social capital through joint activities and creative practices. The study defines six directions for implementing support: institutional-organisational, pedagogical- https://pedagogical-academy.com/index.php/journal/about ISSN: 2786-9458Увесь контент ліцензовано за умовами Creative Commons BY 4.0 International licensecommunicative, cultural-value, psychological-emotional, digital-communicative, and socio-civic. Their integration ensures a seamless transition from adaptation as adjustment to adaptation as development and self-realisation. Conclusions. Therefore, effective social adaptation of young people in an intercultural educational environment requires an integrated pedagogical approach that simultaneously develops cognitive awareness, communicative sensitivity and the ability to co-create. The proposed 3C-Model provides a conceptual and practical foundation for developing intercultural readiness, fostering an inclusive academic environment, and supporting personal development for education seekers. Its application can contribute to strengthening institutional strategies for developing global competencies and improving the quality of intercultural interaction in higher education institutions in Ukraine.
