Streszczenie
EN Faced with the increasing complexity of global supply chains and environmental and social pressures, manufacturing companies require solutions that combine operational efficiency with systemic resilience and sustainable management. The aim of this article is to analyze the impact of implementing Lean production practices on operational resilience and sustainability indicators. Thirty-five middle and senior managers participated in the survey. Data analysis included Spearman correlations and multiple regression. The results indicate that the resilience of Lean systems significantly enhances their impact on sustainability indicators, particularly in the areas of environmental and social performance. The article emphasizes the need to integrate resilience mechanisms with Lean practices to sustainably achieve sustainable development goals
