abstract="{The aim of this article is to analyze the role of economic perception and behavioral factors in shaping household investment decisions regarding renewable energy sources (RES). Unlike approaches focusing on objective investment determinants, this study focuses
on the subjective perception of the costs, benefits, and risks associated with implementing RES technologies. Particular attention is paid to the importance of economic motivations, social motivation, and perceived investment profitability. The analysis is based on survey data collected among households. Statistical methods, including Spearman rank correlation analysis and linear
regression models, were used to identify the relationship between respondents’ attitudes and their interest in RES technologies. The results indicate that the perception of economic benefits and observation of other users’ experiences significantly influence the level of interest in RES investments. These factors act as mechanisms that reduce investment uncertainty and strengthen positive attitudes toward energy technologies. The obtained results emphasize the importance of a behavioral approach in analyzing household energy transitions. They also point out that effective support for the development of renewable energy sources requires not only financial
instruments, but also actions that increase economic and social awareness and promote positive examples of the use of renewable technologies.}",
