Abstract
PL Gospodarka dla swojego sprawnego funkcjonowania czerpie z zasobów natury. Jest od niej zależna. Inwazje obcych gatunków, często powodowane celowo lub przypadkowo przez człowieka, wraz z rozwojem różnych sektorów gospodarki, powodują koszty jak szkody w ekosystemie lub też koszty związane z łagodzeniem skutków tych inwazji albo odbudową ekosystemów, by gospodarka mogła się rozwijać, a ludzie i zwierzęta żyć zdrowo i bezpiecznie. Świadomość istnienia i występowania inwazyjnych gatunków obcych jest niewystarczająca w zakresie ich wpływu i znaczenia dla gospodarki. EN The economy draws on nature’s resources for its smooth functioning. It depends on it. Invasions of alien species, often caused intentionally or accidentally by man, with the development of different sectors of the economy, cause costs such as damage to the ecosystem or costs associated with mitigating the effects of these invasions or restoring ecosystems so that the economy can grow and people and animals live healthy and safe. Awareness of the existence and occurrence of invasive alien species is insufficient in terms of their impact and importance for the economy.
