Abstract
PL W opracowaniu przedstawiono sposób wyznaczania wartości mikrotwardości obrobionej nagniataniem warstwy wierzchniej przy wykorzystaniu pomiarów dokonanych metodą Vickersa. Omówiono sposób zastosowania znajdujących się na wyposażeniu sprzętu pomiarowego i własnych programów komputerowych pozwalających na przeprowadzenie analizy stanu mikrotwardości warstw wierzchnich elementów metalowych. Przedstawiono propozycję zastosowania programu komputerowego do analizy strefowych funkcji mikrotwardości i umocnienia z zastosowaniem aproksymowanej postaci funkcji oraz własne oprogramowanie ułatwiające analizę wyników przeprowadzonych pomiarów.
EN The study presents the method of determining the value of microhardness of the surface layer treated with burnishing using the measurements made by the Vickers method. The method of using the supplied measuring equipment and own computer programs allowing for the analysis of the microhardness state of the surface layers of metal elements was discussed. A proposal for the use of a computer program for the analysis of zone functions of microhardness and strengthe‑ ning with the use of the approximated form of the function was presented, as well as the author’s software facilitating the analysis of the results of the performed measurements.
