Abstract

EN Defects on the Highly Reflective Rotating Surface (HRRS) can alter the performance, lifespan and safety of products. Therefore, defect detection is very important to ensure the quality of the surface. The object of the research is the analysis of the roughness and accuracy of the shape of precision surfaces in the technological process of manufacturing metal or ceramic parts of the "bodies of rotation" type. An urgent task is to determine the types and errors of the shape of the surfaces of bodies of rotation, to calculate the value of deviation from roundness and to calculate deviations from cylindricity. As a criterion for the quality of the surface of the body of rotation, the contrast of two diametrically opposite points of the body was used. The modes of initial training of automatons, detection of defects, training of automatons in the process of operation, self-learning of automatons is considered.
