Abstract

PL The study discusses selected diagnostic methods of electrical machines used in modern industry systems. Early diagnosis of electric drive failures is an important aspect of Industry 4.0. Diagnostic methods of electric motors using artificial intelligence methods in combination with database systems and methods of data analysis in a cloud computing will enable early detection of failure electric motors. The methods of diagnostics of electrical machines based on the vibration signal are presented. Also it is shown an example of the implementation of a diagnostic system using the Internet of Things (IIoT).
