Abstract

EN This study presents a comprehensive analysis aimed at verifying the research hypothesis. This hypothesis is based on the conviction that a specific creative synergy is generated between the political culture and axiology within the European Union in the context of the process of building an inclusive society. The study employs the paradigm of constructive functionalism, which allows for a thorough and nuanced representation of the reality of the political culture and axiology of the European Union. It examines the reciprocal influence between political culture and axiology, as well as their epistemological properties, which are essential for legal and political social practices in Europe. The article draws upon elements of systemic methodology and institutional analysis, adopting a holistic perspective on the political culture and axiology of the EU. This analytical approach enables the examination of specific formal proposals concerning the process of building an inclusive society.
